Owner is a crook

Owner took medical insurance from employee paycheck but didn't pay premiums. Employees get notice from insurance company they have been canceled.

User's recommendation: Stay far away from these crooks.

We can't get a refund for a part that was damaged

We ordered a part for our repair shop. When the part came in it was defective. We immediately contacted BBA Reman and were told to return the part and a refund would be issued. We sent the part back in August of 2019 and are still waiting for a return of our money. We paid with a credit card and they are insisting they only deal with Paypal now and if we want a credit we would have to open a paypal account. We did that and it is now 2021 and we still are waiting for our refund.
